The Legends Tour returns to Seapoint Golf Links, County Louth in June for the 2024 OFX Irish Legends.
Peter Baker was crowned champion at this stunning venue for the maiden Legends Tour event to be hosted here in 2023 carding rounds of 66, 63 and 69 to finish at -18.
Baker claimed the title by seven shots from Ricardo Gonzalez in 2023, with his 63 in the second round a course record too.
Host Venue, Seapoint Golf links, located only 11km outside of Drogheda, opened in 1995 and provides a gorgeous view of the Mourne Mountains.
Ángel Cabrera was crowned champion at last week’s Paul Lawrie Match Play presented by Petsure. He will look to keep his momentum going as he heads to Seapoint Golf Links this week for the OFX Irish Legends.
Cabrera overcame 3-time Legends tour winner, James Kingston in the final with a 3&1 win. The two-time major winner is used to the winner's circle having claimed 3 PGA Tour titles and 5 European Tour victories. Now a winner on the Legends Tour, he will look to make it two in a row with a win this week.
The OFX Irish Legends will take place from 19-22 June with a celebrity Pro-Am being played on the Wednesday. Defending champion Peter Baker will be teeing it up alongside Ian Woosnam, Irish star Peter Lawrie, Stephen Dodd and Paul Lawrie. These golfing legends have a combined total of 44 DP World Tour titles, 2 majors, 1 senior major and 11 Ryder Cup appearances between them.
