Development of a Lighting Strategy for the Town

Engage in the development of a town-wide lighting strategy. Investigate areas of neglect and how an improved lighting plan can decrease the frequency of anti-social behavior. Implement a town-wide lighting maintenance plan and determine the priority areas withing the town.
