Local Enterprise Week Louth 2023 takes place Monday 6th to Friday 10th March.

The Local Enterprise Week kicks off Monday 6th March with a free event in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dundalk, "Roadmap for Funding and Supports for your business" which will be hosted by Geraldine Johnston and feature special guests including real business owners who have benefitted from the support that LEO offers. This session aims to demystify the funding and supports process and will be a practical entrepreneur-led workshop. Business owners will also have the opportunity to speak to LEO staff and experts. Some of the funding and supports LEO offers include a "Online Trading voucher" grant scheme, which contributes 50% of the costs of setting up a business e-commerce website as well as specialised learning workshops such as "Tik Tok for Business."
Events throughout the week include a special "Start Your Own Food Business" workshops and culminates in the "Local Enterprise Awards", held in The Monasterboice Inn, Drogheda, Co. Louth from 12:00 to 14:30 non Friday 10th March, which will be hosted by LMFM’s Gerry Kelly. This event promises to energise and uplift Louth’s business community. The keynote speaker for 2023, is Seán O’Connor, co-founder of STATSports, the most powerful GPS tracker in sport. Providing data to the most elite sports teams across the world, the STATSports story is one of pure entrepreneurship, a drive for global success and consistent innovation to stay at the top.
