During the afternoons, Drogheda will burst with family fun including fairground rides, music, petting zoo and vibrant riverside market featuring a special feature from The Cottage Market, in Scotch Hall and on West Street with many activities to keep families entertained.
On the Friday evening, the festival will see a dedicated music stage at Drogheda Port with “The Stowaway Sessions” an intimate performance to kick-off the festival and celebrate the midsummer weekend followed by “Night Moves Midsummer Trad Trail” a late-evening programme of live musicians in pubs and venues throughout the town on each night.
